just one question ESPECIALLY IN junior and senior SCHOOLS ask the gym teacher how to stop eating so much , in my view sweet tasting vegetables work every time like frozen sweetcorn ( cheap vs expensive can sweet corn ) and other sweet tasting vegetables like pure chocolate powder mix with milk and canadian maple syrup - it is naturally sweet ; )

I have a friend who's really heavy, but she has SO much self confidence and she's so outgoing you really don't notice. She looks great because she's happy and friendly and she has a ton of friends because of it.
