I didnt have time on my last comment , There are two sides on every storie , I dont know what led up to the forcesd clean up . There has to be court order sighed by a judge , There back yard might have been included in that order and they may have not seen it .If there was no court order then the city there in broke the law . As long as there is no bad smells of fire hazzards or rodents the judge wont give the ok . Im my city our code enforement work with people if there is a problem
Yes, this is what it has come to .... search and seizure ... without a warrant, arrest for peaceful protest. The USA is now an official prison planet country. Like Helen said, they were RAPED, by the City Nazi Code agents, by the Police force that should be protecting them and by the worthless judicial system, in this case headed by Judge Cheryl Aleman.
Bruce Toski was standing on the Dunsfords' private property (with permission) demanding production of the court order, when Ms. Hernandez walked toward him to get onto the property. Because Mr. Toski refused to move ... he was arrested. He spent 20 hours in the hellhole where BSO (Broward Sheriffs' Office) processes residents who are arrested. (story on this later).
