For the ingme chat it't your ip but to connect to the server it's the games server ip

Then to lower gravity,open up your rcon and click on console tab in the middle then in console enter \g_gravity ### or Sv_gravity ### it's one of those commands. 800 is also default gravity

@jj1994123456789 Doesn't pb need to be disabled to do that? I wanna make a server but one I can play in and be able to change gravity and speed and falling damage without pb. How do you do that, like can I run the rcon in non-dedicated so I can join it as well?

To set a new rcon password you need to log in to your gameservers account or whoever hosts your server and go into the server config file and in their you will see rconpass. Change it to whatever you want.
