I have slightly formed abs, but wanna tone up more...and I also have a little bit of love handles on the sides....How many of these do you think I should do to get my abs fully toned..??

working your abs can only really get you stronger abs not necessarily more tone. the real key to get more cut/toned is to cut your body fat %.

What is your one set max? If it's 10, then the drill is 10, 10, 10.
20 -- 15, 15, 15. 30 -- 20, 20, 20. 40 - 25, 25, 25. And lastly 50, the drills are 30, 30, 30.
