Kwaanza is an african american holiday i thought. Anyways im a highschool lineman you think these drills will help? Trying to get quicker off the ball and such
jumping when turning is both ineffective and un practical my friend. i believe the best way to gain agility is suicide drills or shuttleruns in an interval training situation is touches on the point you said about explosive movement to train the muscle fibres to work the same way but your exercise doesn't give practicality
@Xtr3m3ginger I must disagree...this exercise is very effective for many reasons. This exercise is actually the same as the ladder drills that fitness and athletic coaches have done for years to insure that their athletes are agile and gain speed. It has worked for many years...thus the reason they still do it. And it is very much effective if done in the proper manner. This is not just my opinion...its very much proven fact. :-D
I'm def. Gonna try this!! You really are such great help, thanks a lot I really do appreciate what you do for all the people that want to get in shape! So thanks a lot and take care!!!!!! :D
i need to increase my cardio. for my work i need to get better at this like the beep test, up around the 12's. what can i do to help with this because running all the time gets a bit old??????
Another great video Jeff. I will be incorporating these with my workout routine starting Jan 1st! Once again you have motivated me to push myself further and I thank you.
hey jeff, thanks for the video man thats awesome for a morning workout before college or work in my case which i can do if i'm feeling energetic at 6:00 am! Quick question: would you say incorporatng boxing into your conditioning workouts is a good idea to flatten belly fat?
@Wayofthefighter I know. I talked to the guy who disliked, he said it was because the guy mentioned "kwanzaa'" which is a Communist holiday. Otherwise he liked the vid.
Hey Jeff thanks for another great video. A lot of us who work (out) to reveal our abs are often facing the dilemma : Flat abs of big abs? Is it at all possible to post a video with suggestions or workouts that will result in flat abs or large abs? Also flat abs VS large abs: is one healthier than the other? I personally prefer the flat look but I'm sure others prefer large abs (large meaning abdominal muscles that stick out beyond the plane of the stomach). Thanks and (belated) Merry Christmas!
@gamakos yes good point i'd like to get a firm flat belly rather than big abs, the whole look I am aiming for is more development definition and strength rather than large. At the moment i am tryng to flatten and firm my belly, any tips for the best way of doing this?
hi Jeff? i have a question about the wolverine workout.. do u have to do the workout part 1 for 6 days in a row or can u do part 1 then the next day part 2 then next day part 3 then again go to part 1 on the 4th day?? pls get back at me.. tnx in advanced and merry-late xmas and happy new year from Aruba..
As a bike rider, I would like to thank you for this exercise. It's helped to build up my thigh muscles. I would never have though to force my feet side-ways to improve them. Cheers.
@avengingangelRaziel If you meant either the lateral jumping or the "running" in the same spot, you should probably do each one as quickly as you can. Kind of like plyometrics (generating enough energy to achieve the movement while minimizing the time taken to do so).
Jeff! I just bought the Atlhean-X system... I love it! It's simple-straight forward exercises... Cant wait to see the results at the end! Keep up the good work!
Happy Christmas Jeff, Its been a year of watching your awesome videos now. Thanks so much for your entertainment, time, dedication... and over all being awesome.
Here's to a good man, a good christmas.. and to a good new year.
