Seriously, what the fuck. Nowadays every fucking american film has the same story about young friends. Then their car brokes and there is murder behind them. Phone doesn't have signal, car doesn't start. Someone runs and strumbles and then dies. And if theres a black guy - he dies first. Seriously, is it THAT hard to film a new horror film with new story and new things. Japanese people make really great horror films with NEW story.

@juspe94 That's not exactly true. A lot of asian horror is the same as well, almost always about a creepy female ghost that looks just like every other creepy asian female ghost ....some haunt houses , some are on tape and haunt wells...ect. It's not only American films that cover the same stuff with each story. I agree though that there's too many "car breaks down in the middle of nowhere" type stories and that American films especially need to be more original.

Compare to European movie I watch A Serbian Film,Rec,Eden Lake,Martys,Cannibal Holocaust,28 days later/week, i forgot the other it more like real life except for rec ad 28 zombie.

@FallingSky7 u got a great list there =D Martyrs is 1 of my fav.Try Frontiérs& L'interieur.they are more gory then scary though unless u like it that way :D Eden lake pissed me off at the end although very nice movie ^^ cannibal holocaust I still can't watch without looking away rec movies the spanish ones were better. I saw the devil was okish just took that one as example, it's a revenge movie like old boy ive seen laddaland online on asianhorror website and it's more emo then scarry =D grtz
