I side w/ the Democrats and I think that you're generalizing based on political stereotypes. I'm not going to insult conservatism, because everyone has a right to their own opinions.
Here are my beliefs & you can judge whether or not I have any morals: I believe that the war in Iraq has distracted us from our original target, Bin Laden. When we invaded Afghan. we were supported by many nations, overthrew the Taliban, then left enough troops to police the country & left. We didn't leave enough troops & resources to seek out Osama & either capture him or kill him & now Al Qaeda has relocated their training camps near the border inside of Pakistan.
Also I fervently believe in keeping child predators in jail and if they are released, I feel we should monitor them to make sure they do not committ any further crimes. I do not believe in taking away guns from innocent Americans, but we should try to have a system to keep guns out of the hands of those w/ criminal records,psychological disorders,and the underaged.
While I do not think the federal gov't. should say who can get married, I feel that it should be left to state gov'ts. to decide since marriage laws are granted to them. Also rapists should be treated as I stated w/ child pred. I cannot say anything relating to taxes in a definite sense, but taxes aren't necessarily a bad thing. If there is a justifiable reason to raise them, then I'd support it, but if not then I would not.
I personally do not support abortion, but I do support the right to choose. However instead of focusing on abortion we should focus on how to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place. I believe that we should push abstinence, but also promote adoption and protected sex, which would also help prevent STDs.
I believe that politicians (both left and right) are out of touch w/ ordinary citizens. Most support or denounce bills based on party affiliation, rather than whether it is in the best interests of the country. I do not support personal attacks on any person based on political affiliation, since many people will have a mixture of political beliefs.
Free health care could cause problems, but I do not know the whole situation. We should try to reform our system somehow however. Though I disagree w/ the Iraq War, I would never insult or mock our soldiers. Even if Global Warming didn't exist, we should cut down on CO2 emissions and attempt to find an alternative energy source, because we have to preserve our environment as much as possible, and no I'm not a vegan.
Also, while I do not attend church, I do believe in god and consider myself a christian. I do not believe we should force religion directly into our laws, but I feel there is nothing wrong w/ letting it influence our decisions. Finally let me say how I'm proud to live in a country where I can voice my opinions freely and be able to exercise the rights that we're given daily.
If anyone wants me to clarify any of the things that I've said or to discuss any other issues, I'll be more than happy to. Provided you intend to have a serious discussion, rather than a childish, insult filled argument.

I'd also like to point out that the executive branch in american listened to the will of the american people not fabricated information in WWII. We didn't have solid proof of the concentration camps and so we didn't enter the conflict. Also Europe suffered one of its most devestating wars 30 years prior to WWII. Here are my beliefs & you can judge whether or not I have any morals: I believe that the war in Iraq has distracted us from our original target, Bin Laden. When we invaded Afghan. we were supported by many nations, overthrew the Taliban, then left enough troops to police the country & left. While I do not think the federal gov't. should say who can get married, I feel that it should be left to state gov'ts. to decide since marriage laws are granted to them. Also rapists should be treated as I stated w/ child pred. I cannot say anything relating to taxes in a definite sense, but taxes aren't necessarily a bad thing. If there is a justifiable reason to raise them, then I'd support it, but if not then I would not.

I personally do not support abortion, but I do support the right to choose. However instead of focusing on abortion we should focus on how to prevent unwanted pregnancies in the first place. I believe that we should push abstinence, but also promote adoption and protected sex, which would also help prevent STDs.

Free health care could cause problems, but I do not know the whole situation. We should try to reform our system somehow however. Though I disagree w/ the Iraq War, I would never insult or mock our soldiers. Even if Global Warming didn't exist, we should cut down on CO2 emissions and attempt to find an alternative energy source, because we have to preserve our environment as much as possible, and no I'm not a vegan.

I'd also like to point out that the executive branch in american listened to the will of the american people not fabricated information in WWII. We didn't have solid proof of the concentration camps and so we didn't enter the conflict. Also Europe suffered one of its most devestating wars 30 years prior to WWII. Of course the nation was afraid of involving itself in any major conflict because it had already lost huge proportions of its men. O'Rielly's analogy is just full of holes.

Bill O'rielly is right about the europe thing... Except that Britain is a part of Europe. Not the continent proper but still it is a european country. Second, he forgets about Poland and Russia's fears (although it can be argued that Russia isn't completely European but has always been disputing that concern). Second, american citizens were favorable to germany and the only reason we entered the war against them is because of Japan's attack and their alliance.
