been doing this program for about 4 weeks and does seem to make a difference, i've worked out regularly at a gym for the past 5 or 6 years just sort of coasting but this set of excercises has helped me cut a lot of fat in a short period of time and i was'nt carrying that much to begin with give it a go its worth the time and effort

You should start with the first training, "Training 1" and go on to the second since your body will get used to the workout. Therefore you need to change your routine every week for maximum result. Shock your body. Also I suggest your run a mile as fast as you can before beginning the workouts. Lastly, your diet has to be the priority. You have to follow a very crucial diet if you want to see results in 14-16 weeks.
Listen to what this person says. I have been saying this same thing over and over again. You can't just do this workout for 16 weeks and not diet or switch up the routine and get this guys results. Do it how IIpagalbillull says to it. I know because.....its how I'm doing it. Best of luck!
guys i dont get it should we do only the exersises shown in one of the training or in all of them from 1 to 7 etc, and if we have to do the exrecises in all of his training in which order which day which one does someone know?
dont be a wuss! if you are going to do something do it all the way. in a year ive gone from a scrowny ravr kid to a personal trainer and marithon runner, and ill tell you here what i cant tell soccer moms at the gym. go hard,or go home, get fat, lazy and stupid like the rest of the populous. but as for over training. bla bla bla. not on calistinics and low resistance. oh and ill reitterate, DONT BE A WUSS!

dude this just seems to homosexual for youtube lol.
you can't just start doing that amount of reps straight away unless you wanna over train and get a injury, you have to start small and progress, each week change the number of reps or the weight don't jump straight into a high intensity of training.
the db swing could be dangerous if done in a wrong way. I suggest that a beginner use a considerable lighter weight first and increase the weight when stronger. proper form is more important than the weight used.

Resistance bands.
I've seen them alot, never used them. They probably do work, and are good if you don't want weights inside your house, and workout at home.

try one set of workout first, let's say for about a week. I'm sure by that time your body will stronger and you can try the other workouts.
