@itsmylife93, take a look at some footage of humboldt squid during a feeding frenzy. They eat very fast like piranha. Just the beak on an average sized cuttle fish (a variety of large squid) can take off your fingers.

Further more, the creature's tongue is covered with razor sharp barbs that it uses to shred it's prey.

Being eaten by these things would be like getting chopped and ground to death. It's a very terrifying thought.

It was also a pretty nice idea to not make it just a biological mutation and was instead just a regular creature. That makes for a far more believable monster. The underwater action is all great, combining to make some great moments. I Enjoyed Watching This Movie At BigOnlineMovies . c o m

Okay,of course this is a low-budget bad effects movie,but it was actually good!!!!The acting was great,and I really like the story line as well,for it was interesting and new.Yes,there were plenty of things wrong with this movie,but still it gave a stunning performance. I would say this movie is different from a lot of the other low-budget films,because the line's had good taste in words

i think the 1977 movie "tentacles" did better than this because at least it shows the girls getting grabbed by the tentacles. some of the secenes are on youtube if u guys want to see for yourself.
