I would disagree: Safari is a very good browser. I like Firefox, but I'm not a fanboy of any browser. I like Chrome's speed and Safari's rendering, but my overall favorite browser is Opera: because it does it all for me.
As for the "N" browser, that's Netscape, Firefox's ancestor.
