um ur a dumbass, stopping power gives you a 40% damage boost to power so it does nothing to the fire rate of te gun. if you used double tap it would make you shoot faster but only if you had a fast trigger finger anyway. Do your research before you comment on somthing you know nothing about.

@babylon218 whatever... i remember playing hardcore headquarters from level one, and i still play with people who are level one un-prestiged every once in a while (because i still play cod4 a ton). maybe you don't unlock free for all or something untill later, but i never played those game modes. all i know is that in WaW and MW2 you had to level up before you could play hardcore.
