no..it doesnt..sara brew lowers ur stats but increases hp. super restore restores the stat to the origonal level however drinkinga super restore doesnt lower a stat you've gotten higher with a pot.

a few things, this is a members only option, its the most expensive way, and prayer potions are alot cheaper than restore potions. restore potion(4) is 16k, and prayer potion (4) is only like 12k
