  • wow..loved it!

  • do those resistors have orange bands or red bands?

  • What is the name that program to make videos of electronic circuits?

  • Woaaah.... this video is trippy

  • I just LOVE this animation; brilliant job (especially as I have a raging headache today -- the music is very relaxing. Thank you!

  • Awesome Animation!

  • w w w . v e r o b o a r d . c o m

  • 1:42 little bug with the wire over there (RED)

  • seeing this video... and the amazing 3d... I think I lost my job :-(((((

  • Very Nice!

    Good Job!

  • Can you provide a list of the components?

  • please go to my instructable page, there you will find a component list with all the values. Instructables - Drawdio on stripboard

  • @limited660 you can find a parts list on my instructables page: instructables - drawdio on stripboard

  • component values?

  • how do you peel of the copper from the board at 0:40 - 01:00 ?

  • @scrubs There is a special track cutting tool you can purchase from a local electronics components store, or you can use a heavy duty utility knife ( the one with break off blades and usually orange in colour ) I use a utility knife and simply cut the copper tracks and lift it off with the blade.

  • @threedforme Thank you so much ^^

  • @scrubs To peel of the copper from the strip board you can use any metall drill thats wider than the strips easily by drilling with your hands.

  • Very well done animation. Is this an actually working version?

  • Yes this version works perfectly. Take a look at the real thing on my diyfamily blog, there you will find pictures of the real thing.

  • So this is the first stripboard i plan on putting together. Is there a good place you would suggest buying the components? plus, is there a written list anywhere of all the bits i'll need? thanks. :)

  • i made this but it didnt work......instead of TLC 551 i used TLC 555,And For that 189 capacitor i used a 103 cap.& for that 100uf 10v i used 100uf 16v.Insted of 200k i used a 100k .What is the problem with my circuit plzplzplz tell me how to fix it plzplz

  • just use components as shown.

  • The problem is the 555 needs a minimum of 5V to operate. The TLC 551 is a must on this circuit to work using a AAA battery on a pencil.

  • oh............. thanx for the reply

  • Very nice animation! May I ask who made the music? I really like it.

  • I made the music on an iPod, using the app Bloom by Brian Eno

  • Cool! You're very talented.

  • Where did you find stripboard that size (21 x 5)?

  • Stripboard can be purchased in many sizes. You simply need to cut it to the correct size.

  • I havent been able to find a TLC 551 or the 68uf ceramic capacitor. Is there anything else I can use? Perhaps a TLC 555?

    BTW Great animation!

  • @matthewm0311 you cant use the 555 it needs 5v so you wouldnt be able to run it on a single triple a or double a battery

  • This is an awesome video, animating things (slooowly) is one of the best techniques to explaining it understandably. Nice work!

  • Thank you, AppA glad you liked it.

  • Hi Jeffrey, Blender is an amazing free modeling and rendering program. It is not as easy as Cinema 4d to begin using and creating but nevertheless a great program. Try Technical Documentation companies, they might take you as a trainee and teach you all forms of visual communication.

  • i love it, and thanks for the software name, i just need $1000. I wan't to buy it, but i'm 15, and trying to get a job. i'm using iclone, and i like that or i use blender. If i like that would you know what the job title would be called, and if there is one near georgia, that i can set my goal to apply at

  • I use Cinema 4d from Maxon for all my modeling and animation. It is simply the easiest and most intuitive rendering program for young enthusiasts. After 10 years of playing with and using it professionally I have never lost a piece of data, it is a remarkable piece of software.

  • Very cool! What software do you do for the cad / animation?

    Is it hard to learn?
