  • What is the song in the fifty seconds?

  • thats why he was so thin. all the meat went up his nose.

  • @noodlesmealey -kindergarden.

  • It sounds like Denny Walley is about to cry at the end. It's nice to see people who knew Frank express how much of a great person he was without just saying "oh, he was a genius." I wish I knew Frank, all I have are the videos of his family and friends and interviewers to help me understand who he was.

  • @LuneyTune72 Frank was an eccentric genius who had a very clear perspective of how things worked, was absolutely uncompromising as a person, composer and musician who had a common sense & humor which was really understood by very few and as he said once "I don't think anyone knows the real Frank Zappa nor would they be interested in seeing a real Frank Zappa, because as you see me in television, I'm the Frank Zappa that is being desired by the person doing this interview". His music is the real FZ

  • @barun432 Very true and I have learned a lot about him through his music. I realized that once you listened to ALL of his songs enough times, you will actually have a new world, designed by Frank, built into your mind. I knew, without even having to hear him say it, that his songs were all part of one composition. Once you have that world, you can get an understanding of what went on in Frank's mind. Also, I think Frank was great and I learned a lot from what he had to say.

  • @barun432 I think what Frank meant by people not wanting to meet the "real" him is that his cynicism was very strong because he was very critical of the world, and people like to live in ignorant bliss. I agree with almost everything Frank said because I too have a lot of cynicism toward the world. I have never understood drugs, drinking, religion, movements, etc. and I think it holds people back. I also believe that no piece of art is never complete.

  • @LuneyTune72 Plain and simple..Frank is a paradox much like the great Conlon Nancarrow..
