I did not know that Jo Stafford and Gordon Mc Rae did a version until I read the above comment. I listened to that version and it is no doubt a very fine performance.

This song is one of my greatest favorites,and this performerance is really
good, as good as Jo Stafford/Gordon McRae,
I like also other songs of this couple,as Vaya Con Dios and other songs

I took my mother in law to see this show in Branson Missouri on 11.09.2011 and they sang this song and it was even better than on this posting...love both singer's voice's and the excellent show they put on yesterday...

i remember this song so well from sunday school days aunty gloria and uncle bob use to sing it i didnt understand it back then but even today it brings back alot of happy memorys x

Mary Duff has a beautiful voice. I saw her live in Blackpool several times in the late 90's and early 2000's. She makes shivers go down my spine.

Mum used to organise singalongs at home, all word sheets were hand written, this song brings back wonderful memories from childhood.

my grandma and i used to play the CD with Daniel O'Donnel and Mary duff and we would sing every song at the top of our lungs when she picked my up after school.
It was amazing, whenever i listen to these songs i think of her.
my mum and i visit her and put this dvd on for her and she absolutely loves it

Just beautiful! I sang this when I was a child attending church in Kentucky. It is one of my favorite hymns.
