I was introduced to this band by one of my friends at work. Ever since, I've been heavily addicted. I feel like they should be on mainstream radio and be given much more credit than this. They have really good songs, I don't understand why they don't have a record deal. They are really good songwriters and musicians.

@MHend47 They don't have a record deal because they broke up in 2004. They had a reunion tour last year, but they haven't put out new music in 8 years.

@MHend47 As onesweetsmb said they don't have a record label currently because they've been on hiatus since 2004. They did a brief reunion tour last year which was pretty amazing. Currently Andrew is involved with his bank Jack's Mannequin which I suggest you check out. They have two CD's out with a third expected to be released on October 4 and the style is very similar to Something Corporate.

by the way, i've heard glass passenger album and i didnt think it was that good. very bland. i liked a few of the first albums songs soco really needs to get back together

I have to disagree. The glass passenger is just a lot more grown up than his last albums. Its just a natural progression. hes a musician, why do people always want them to so the same shit over and over. things in their life change just like everyone else. just like everyone said green day changed...of course they did, they can't bitch about girls and being broke anymore. its musics natural progression, why can't people understand that.

I must disagree. For the first part, I am not a girl, although I am a teenager. Everyone has different tastes in music, so you are entitled to you own opinion, but nobody needs to hear negativity, especially here, where even constructive criticism goes to waste.

Of course, the only reason I'm bothering to write this post is because Down is one of my favorite Something Corporate songs. I find the first verse both amazing and ethereal. But again, this is all a matter of opinion. Mine is positive.
