bullshit to wearing a white belt if you dont know rorians version of history.A fair bit of the gracie stand up self defense is also rubbish .Training judo/wrestling is needed though.Portuguese terminology is hypocritical since they dont even use the japanese when the majority of bjj is preww2 judo.
