@thisisammunition I don't really agree. I think Rosetta's music is to personal to share with so many people. But then again it could be awesome as well, I mean it IS Rosetta after all =)
i saw them in berlin yesterday and the crowd was just awesome. u can be in for listening to the music, what i cant understand is that it doesnt makes somebody to move. it will make u move when u understood what this scene is about. not only head shaking.
amazing...i wish everyone understood that so bands like this with heart and soul could live free of poverty and make their lives a journey around the world, playing, writing, and singing until the entire world sings along..
I don't understand why everyone feels you have to go nuts when you're watching your band of choice perform. I'm the guy that would rather sit elevated above the crowd and actually watch and observe the talent and feeling put into these things. If you'd rather swing your fist and get smacked by a bunch of oversized men, suit yourself. I'm in it for the music.
@MythificationYT I'll take that as a testament to your musical knowledge and appreciation. Last I checked I didn't have to act like a fucking chode at a show to show support for a band. If you want to jump around to this be my guest. I want to give it the attention it was intended to have: A listen.
@MythificationYT Well treat yourself to an award for that. I don't find it to be a necessity to jump around when I'd rather stand and observe. Personal preference.
@MyEggIsBoiled Same here. I would rather stand around and nod my head and just enjoy the music. I guess it just comes from being a musician and appreciating what is going on in front of me. If I was on stage I'd want my fans to just be chill and into my music.
@RedSandStudios I'm glad I'm not the only one. I think music like this has earned itself a certain level of respect that doesn't necessitate jumping around like a damn maniac.
@MyEggIsBoiled Exactly. I just can't bring myself around to acting like that. Actually I saw Karnivool play in 2010, was front and center, and was getting elbowed in the back by people flailing around the whole concert. Guess it's why I don't really go to dances - just can't get into that.
Well I was at this show and it was kind of a small show in someone's basement. It is sad the crowd was like that (I was actually in the front but you can't see me on the vid). However it was a great time
@ApplezKiwi well it is true that the crowd was not very much into rosetta but their fans (me being one of them) at the show had a good time. It was a tiny basement where they played with literally 10 people in the crowd. Can't really expect us to go crazy or anything. Also the mood for that show was very laid back with the band members just chilling with anyone and stuff. not really your regular show
Yeah it was pretty cool. Rusty from battlefield was giving Mike Armine crap coz he didnt like black metal and didnt think much of alcest. They are cool and funny guys all of them
Yeah, Rosetta is one of my favorite bands and Revolve might be my favorite off Determinism. The only reason this show happened was because they had a 21 plus show the night before, not that too many people under the age of 21 can even comprehend, appreciate or even have the patience for music like this haha. I'm just glad I got to see this band two days in a row. Amazing.
i was there both days too. Actually according to Rusty (from battlefiels, who pretty much put together that tour), Rosetta was gonna play winnipeg on the second day but that fell through so they looked for a 21+ venue around fargo which they could not get. They then played at the house of wang. Loved both shows. I actually liked this one way better coz it was kind of a private show with only people who genuinely liked the bands.
@tylerfactor haha thats so not true dude im 17 and completely understand and appreciate this kind of music and i first discovered rosetta when i was 13

@connormcfall Man I'm not trying to sound hateful in any way. I'm honestly really glad that you enjoy this style of music. Just saying the the majority of 17 year olds just don't have the patience for music like Rosetta. It makes me happy that you do.
Never play a show that doesn't have an actual stage!

Rosetta should be playing stadiums to 10's of thousands of people.............imagine the SOUND!

i'm jealous you got to see them in such a secluded and low key venue. i would be so elated if i came across that kind of opportunity.
