He said on the 7pm Project tonight that teaching was a calling and he had been called...I believe that. Too many people think that 'anyone can be a teacher', and it's just not true. Toby is, at the very heart of himself, a teacher and I commend his decision and eloquent exit speech.

Everyone in the room was so clearly shaken by this. Marcia was crying. All the other Idols were very upset, especially James and Hayley. They are a close bunch of people, and they all obviously have a lot of love for Toby.
