It is a spinning pole. She mentions it in another video. It is still possible to do on a non spinning pole though.. just much harder to keep spinning!

@yomumz It's actually both. Certain moves can only be done on stationary poles but spinning moves are much more difficult on them. Lots of poles are designed to be able to "lock" or "unlock" so that you can have the best of both worlds.
