Spore was dumbed down and made cartoony because EA tried to reach a wider audience. The very first videos looked completly different, with far more realistic graphic and blood. Worked out just great, in ruining the game.

I was watching the concept videos of spore three years before it came out. It looked SOOOOO promising! But they completely screwed it! It used to look so cool, but once I got the game I was like "THEY COMPLETELY CHANGED IT!" I was so mad. I have this staff.But it was very hard to get it.The Grox empire is really big and aggressive.And you know what, i downloaded a mode from a site that gives me unlimited use of the staff of life and 1 second to recharge.I have made allot of planets alive.And when you use the staff of life on a Grox planet they die.Thats how i kill the grox.

Lucky for me, my home planet just happened to be within spitting distance of Earth! And within spitting distance of Earth is a wormhole, and within spitting distance of the other end of the wormhole is the galactic core! Here's what you do to get these steps done faster: ~CHEAT CODE ALERT~CHEAT CODE ALERT~ Press Ctrl+Shift+C and type in "help -full-" then press Enter and viola! Easy. Take T1 small, medium, and large plants with you. And about 4 million bucks. Hop in as far as you can into Grox territory, and terraform to T1. Plant a colony after placing the plants. Buy more colonies if needed.

When you run low on plants, just pick up more immediately after dropping them. Keep jumping closer and closer in, and before you know it you'll be annoyed by Steve!

this sux... i got this in-game, and i thought it would be a lot cooler reward. like, being able to colonize OTHER galaxies, or, instead of the Planet Buster, a Star System Destroyer. Anyways, for those who get the 42 reference, i find it interesting that 42 in japanese (pronounced "shi-ni") also means death. That makes the 42 application all the more lame here.
