Excellent list but I don't see how you can not have Walkabout on your list. Yes, I know it's on your honorable mentions list but that ending was too incredible not to be on the list. The Shape of Things to Come and The Constant are also amazing endings that deserve to be on there. Agreed though that Through the Looking Glass is #1 at least from season 5. In actuality I would place it at #2 with The End (series finale) being #1.

Locke's episodes always have the best endings in my opinion i.e. Walkabout ("Don't tell me what I can't do!) and Deus Ex Machina (the hatch lights up) my very favorite. These are all super endings too.

God, there were so many genius endings in LOST. No other show has that or even comes close to that. I remember watching the Season 3 finale screaming "Oh my God" so loud in the end - such a stroke of genius! For me, that was the greatest moment in television history!

for me since airing the incident there's no question about the best Lost ending. I loved many of them, those mentioned by you also [3rd season finale left me crazy] but The Incident, the scene with Juliet down there... One of the most touching thing I've ever saw in the movie or series. And how it ended. My God, just for this scene I watched the whole 2-hour episode ten times
