@otisnut K'naan is just about the most famous artist world-wide now. I couldn't believe I hadn't heard of him til this last year. Check out "Waving Flag", that's probably the most popular (as far as radio-play,) it was also the theme song for the World Cup this last year in South Africa. K'naan is from Somalia (been in Canada about ten yrs,) but he is an amazing hip-hop artist. Highly recommended.

OMG K'naan's verse is point on about what's fucking Africa up. Brothers and sisters fighting amongst ourselves when we should be uniting and building that wonderful continent to the best it could be. We have so much natural resources and yet we are easily exploited by other countries. I know years of colonization has fucked us up, but we need to overcome and move on and stop killing one another.
