Could be done in 3ds with a 4gb cartridge because I THINK tf2 at the start was about 4 gb, then tune down the graphics so it fits

This.... is actually doable, at least on the 3DS. Us the D-pad for basic movement and the thumb pad to look around. instead of a third person view on the bottom screen, since that would reveal spies and would thus be unfair, the bottom screen could be the health, ammo, and kill feed Face buttons would be jump, crouch, reload, and class/loadout screen. L and R could bring up additional overlays, like the team roster.

This seems like it could actually be doable.
