This is not half as smart as they think it is. I'm sorry, but green eyeshade types really have no idea what they're doing, but talk a good game.  Those smaller dealers do far more for Chrysler than they understand.

What must be done shall be done. You guys shut down 3 in my area the other day. The climb back to the top isnt going to be easy for Chrysler. Downsizing is a simple and good start to getting everything back on track, especially while youre still in the bankruptcy process.

Is Chrysler really insane? Where in the hell are all these dealers that are speaken of? I live in a pretty populated area and the closed Chrysler dealer to each other is literally 50 miles away. This is a pile of crap, all Chrysler is doing now is going to give up more sales because foreign cars will take over those dealerships. I wish i could run Chrysler, none of these retarded decisions would be made.

What will happen with the shops that are closed? Toyota will move in?? come on! Is this the future for America!! I do not want to be growing up in a new world without Chrysler, nor without GM or even Ford. I still have hope for a Big three comeback and I will allways support them!
