  • For a forearm workout try putting 2 10lbs weights on each end of an Olympic bar, put you hands shoulder width a part with knuckles facing out and start twisting the bar with one hand then the next having the bar twist forward. Also you can have your knuckles facing inwards and twist the bar towards you. Remember alternate between hands without letting the bar drop to one end. Or you know... You can do whatever the FUCK YOU WANNA DO!

    I used to do wrist curls but I dunno.. my wrists are all fucked up. It's painful to do wrist curls at times. I heard that just holding heavy (70+ lbs) dumbbells and walking around with them is good for forearms. Whether or not that's true I dunno, guess I'll find out in a couple months.

    In any case, what about hammer curls? are those any good?
