I used to do wrist curls but I dunno.. my wrists are all fucked up. It's painful to do wrist curls at times. I heard that just holding heavy (70+ lbs) dumbbells and walking around with them is good for forearms. Whether or not that's true I dunno, guess I'll find out in a couple months.
In any case, what about hammer curls? are those any good?
do holding straps help get a better grip ?? cause i have relatively small hands and holding onto heavy weights for a long time hurts and scrapes my palms.
