I was so very proud of her and people of Pakistan when they elected her as a Prime Minister. Especially during an era where the world claimed how bad Muslim women were treated. I'm not Pakistani, but I cried with many of them and prayed. May Allah's peace be upon all of us.

Absolutely - In 1990 a peaceful Hindu sect called the Pandits were ethnically cleansed by Muslim extremists supported by Pakistan. Benazir was the Pakistani leader at the time and there is much footage of her railing against the Indians (Hindus) for wanting to maintain control over Kashmir. The Pandit Hindus had lived in Kashmir for over 5,000 years and Kashmir had always been a part of India.
