Laughably, predictably, ODOT came up completely dry on this alleged proposal. They had just begun destruction of the state's historic rail passenger center, OKC Union Station, the week prior. The feds are not stupid. They undoubtedly recognize that agencies that support real rail development don't destroy longstanding capitol city rail hubs for "four miles of expressway."
