I think this serves as a useful warning to Americans not to travel abroad, because people hate you that much that they will go to extreme lengths to bang you up and punish you. Also Americans abroad are generally extremely ill educated about where they are, they are loud (and speak to their families as if a casting director might be within earshot), they are fat in a lot of cases and they are confused as to why no one likes them. So lots of reasons there to stay at home. Ciao :)

Not true. I assumed she was guilty. Assumption is that you can trust good faith efforts by police in europe and other westernized countries. When she hear the facts - we will fight for justice for our citizens. And believe me - I am very self critical of this country and it's hypocrisy. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I did say "might be guilty" - I wasn`t there when the murder happened. Meredith`s family seemed non-commital about the verdict, not mentioning knox or her bf at all, so I don`t think they`re sure either.Theres not much evidence, but Janine, the former US judge/DA in in this utube vid, seems to think knox is guilty, and she has experience 2 qualify her opinion. Her opinion was presentd objectively, which was vry profesionl

Therefore DNA on knife was non-blood DNA easily attributed to lab contamination at such low levels which are not admisable in US court or simply attributable to DNA Knox tranferred from her clothing by virtue of sharing the same apartment as her roommate.

6.Yes it was imprudent to do cartwheels and splits at the police station.Amanda was a voluntary witness waiting bored at the police station.A little young, kooky and naive.Doesn't mean she's a murderer.Yes she deserved some attention for these cultural misteps... but certainly didn't deserve a conviction.

7.Guede, the actual killer, has no credibility to say the victim and Amanda were having a fight.

This lady doesn't know the facts of the case:

1. The victim's DNA was not on the point of the knife (rather it was the center flat portion), but this is not terribly important - just shows the first symptom that this lady has no clue.

2.The knife does not match the wounds nor the knife print on the sheet.

I recently watched James Duane "Don't talk to police" video (search it on youtube, it's a great vid) and from that I think she made the mistake Duane describes there. From that video I think she would have been deemed guilty in USA as well.

James Duane is professor at the Regent University School of law and former pratictioner. He makes a lot of examples of people ruined by what they said to police, even if they were innocent. Well, all what Duane suggests in that video works everywhere, not only in America.
