  • @JeroFTW no. it doesn't.

    snivy with contrary woulda made the game too easy. Especially once it learnt leaf storm.

    plus I wanted my Serperior to be attack based, so I'm planning on letting it learn Coil. If it had Contrary it woulda made those stats drop instead of increase.
