The first time in my life that i've watched the same movie twice in the space of 4 days. Fantastic. Thanks for Royston Tan and all the production stuff for producing what a movie. All the Hokkien songs, poems, rythms used, simple illustrate the life of Singaporeans. Hehe.. But the OST a bit disappointing though. No Shi er Lian Hua.. :(

I really enjoyed the movie a lot as it was very exciting. Most probably Liu Ling Ling made all the excitement and laughter. But would like to ask why Qi Yu Wu did'nt do anything .. the star of the show was most likely the Papaya Sisters. Very touching and heartwarming ... 5/5 !

I like the movie very much, i actually watched it twice.But rather disppointed with the OST, it does not have full version of those hokkien songs(No lyrics some more), some songs from the movie were not included as well, for example, the hokkien song sung by WeiLian and "Shi er lian hua". However, I will still continue to support 881. In return, I hope that they could come out with a fuller version of the OST.

It takes money to produce the movie and money to produce the music and OST. It's hard to work on a stretch budget.Response was better than expected. Perhaps if we continue to support 881, they might come out with a extended and fuller version of the OST.

I think this is the ONLY production in Sg to garner so many rave reviews for the OST.

I also want to say the song above and the 12 lotus song is not in. Usually a soundtrack consists all the songs featured in the movie plus the bonus or remix version like DREAMGIRLS movie lor. Hope you guys can do something about it, like come out with another bonus DVD or CD (with those missing songs) for those who bought the soundtrack album so we can use the current Cd to prove and claim for the bonus track.
