Native American reaction to Cobell Settlement 2

The Natives here are Lakota and don't want money for land that was illegally taken from them one of which was by the discovery of gold in the Black Hills. This Trust Settlement thing is about individual indian lands and not the tribal mismanagement issues that need to be addressed also.

my opinion is that the us government is saying, opps sorry for giving you a handful of beads for Manhattan island, here a full garbage bag full of beads instead, now were even, just my opinion, but i think E Cobell has put a foot in the door for the people, it's just where do we go from here?
