Actually he's right. Nissan tried back in 98~99 with TWR didn't do very good. Toyota's GT-1 Program ran 98~99 also got robbed of their titles due to Mechanical issue. (Out right speed was way superior than Audi's R8)

Yeah, im sad for not having seen it live to..! It's wild :-) And so much different, compared to racecars in this millenium, with its slow gear shift and everything. I wonder if it ever races in those 'veteran show races' that goes in the days prior to Le Mans, eg.? Or can one just dream of ever seeing it alive..?
