  • That was an interesting watch. I hope you got the marks for this that you were chasing. It is unfortunate that the Lock Ness Monster and Bigfoot were the main points though. There are so many more interesting ones that arent used as media-butter that have a bigger impact on people.

Also, the Aboriginies of Australia call them (Bigfoot) Yowie's. Old cave painting and stuff everywhere around the Northern Territory.

  • very remarcable that all documentarie about cryptozoology, always is asosiated with beatnik music, could there be a link with marijuana??? just asking cientific questions eh, :-)

  • y the fck r dey shakn da camra

  • The Dare Island Enigma is a cryptozoology novel about two boys who find something strange on an outer bank's beach one night see video book trailer

  • you've got a pic of champ there in the Nessie part

  • 10:25 is wrong, there are multiple accounts of squids attacking oil tankers the most recorded instance being the Norwegian ship brunswick

also, there are multiple accounts of large squids, (more likely colossal than giant) had attacked and eaten survivors of sunken ships during WWI

  • its the great glen, not giant glen, sorry patriotic scot, also the pic at 2:20 is "champ" not nessie. the pic at 7:55 is based on an account from a british navy ship, the deadleas,

  • its the great glen not giant glen for loch ness, sorry but am a patriotic scot,

  • cryptozoology - the pseudo-science of myth...

  • 10:23 It's a trap!

  • Where can i get the Godzilla music that begins at 7:00

  • Thanks for this video, I really appreciate that someone can actually look at this and explain fully the things that happen when minds go on the prowl or wonder off into their own worlds... I actually believe there is something under loch Ness, but to my child side, i dont honestly want to know what it is. There are millions of species on this planet we dont know exist, why take away the things that make our imaginations bring out our best? we all need something to believe in, real or imaginary.

  • thats my job! me and my team will feagure more!

  • The photo was taken on April Fool's. Wow, nice Nessie prank there.

  • there are things between heaven and earth , you cant explain

  • it was a mudkip and i herd you guys liek mudkips

  • i dont not believe in big foot or anything but i don't think science should ignore i it my belief is that we should scientifically look for these animals to see if they are real and cryptozooligy should be more scientific and less irrational maybe we should make a proper cryptozooligy science

  • @whywatchthistv im with you on that one good idea :)

  • Its a Trap lol

  • The photo at 3.58 has been proved to be a fake alas.

  • @gregruts if you dont like it dont watch it

  • Some people believe some of this crap.

  • @gregrutz - The only crap here is your ignorance jack-ass. When you answer something before you investigate it, that just proves what a shame and a folly it is for a fool like you to even open your mouth.

  • Comment removed

  • Nessie-not real and its evidence all rather a folding wave or driftwoord.

Giant Squids: do exist and has alot of evidence and has been caught before and tooken to a scientist who proved it real.

Bigfoot:might be real. beets me but i doubt it goes through wormholes

  • Wormhole might be in the mind of the believer. I might need a CAT scan .

  • So one researcher thinks that Bigfoot travels through interdimensional wormholes???

    Well, that settles it.

Can't think why nobody thought of that before....

  • Too long of a video to not touch base on the thousands of possible crypto discoveries. Nonetheless, still enjoyable to watchh. Just 3 though? 4 if you count the little drawing of the Jersey City Devil in the intro. Props to Proudblood and blacknight also.

  • Sheesh. Are there any of these woowoo videos that don't use the X Files theme?

  • Lol... 2:28 is a picture of Champ not Nessy, wow, super fail. Turning this off now... Lol...

  • ay no por que borranon criptozoology megustaba no porfis melo quiero des cargar gracia mari y criss

  • the giant squid has two long tenticals not three

  • its a photo of champ the monster from lake champlain at 2:24 not nessi.

  • great story teller lockness monster is readily real but it doesn't lives today it extinct like the dinosaurs

  • It says group AA. what does that mean Alcoholic anonymous?

  • 7:00 lol godzilla theme

  • lol for some reason this reminded me of napoleon dynamite

  • LOL general ackbar.. nice

  • Any advice for those interested in getting into cryptozoology???

  • @kc4ril

Cryptozoologydotcom is the essential website if it's something you're really into.

  • You guys got an A, huh? Hehe, killer video.

  • NO FOTHPRINTS! Thoes were 100% the same as a hippo... Ask London Musseum of Natural History, nessi have got flippers -.-

  • 2:26 thats NOT the Loch ness monster... It is Champ, from lake Champlain (or so, dont know if I spelld it right) in North America, and the next photo is a fake, the objekt is way to dark and the line in the watter is both in fornt and in the back...

  • Y dont the people like scientests dive for loch ness monster

  • they do but they're unsuccesful, i think they should drain the loch like they did on the simpsons and refill it after they find awnsers

  • 13:18 oh come on...thats clearly chuck norris

  • miss paige deserves a pat on the back for her choice in music. if anyone doesnt like the pixies they should be shot. lol

  • Lol, the whole time I was watching this I was thinking: There's no way this guy could have made this, unless it was a school project, and sure enough, at the end it says: Thanks to Ms. Brewer, for giving us this opportunity, lol.

Well, awesome job! You guys out did yourselves on this project, it's amazing, lol!

  • good video

  • seeing that nessie statue in the water

reminds me of this GREAT storie, PM me if u wanna know it ;)

  • i wanna know

  • dude next time do something on the banshee. oh and whats the last song??

  • nice touch with the pixies in the end....

  • made very well. there is so much we still don´t know !!!

  • Absolutly great! I congratulate the maker of this clip, it is the best made and reseaeched I ever found on youtube.

  • totaly awesome video!! thanks for making it

  • at 2 minutes 26 the photograph and again throught is an elephant which was travelling with a circus there is documentary evidence the handler took the elephant for a swim everyday.the animal is almost totally submerged but if you stuy footage of elephants in africa you can see how obvious it is.

  • awesome vid how long did it take u the first really good utube video

  • i felt educated. This was a very interesting video, nice job.

  • The Giant Squid was proven to be real. They live off the Southern Coast of Japan, I think, and they only live in the deepest part of the ocean, and often fight for food (smaller squids) against sperm whales. There was an hour-long show on it.

  • Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know you would show it to be real later on in the video. <=)

  • can i see the transcript of your introduction in the film? :)

  • I think Nessie is a PlesioSaur that Survided The Meteor With all the Other sea Creature that can go Really Deep Underwater...

  • shouldnt it be dead by now? unless more than 1 survived and reproduced somewhere down there xD

  • The picture of the loch ness monster taken by that surgeon was recently revealed to be a hoax.

  • Yep, thanks for watching all the way through, cause we said that less than 5 minutes later ;)

  • Yo Dude What if the Sasquatch or Bigfoot/Yeti

Is Probably just a that Monkey that we thought

was Extinct You know GigantoPificus i think?

It Probably Crossed to Canada From Asia When theyre Used to be a Link.

  • Sorry I don't have time to watch an almost 20 minute long video!

  • @jonchowe No you didnt....all you said was "many of the pictures have proven to be or admited to be fake" then you show a picture of the surgeons photo and a model..Which does suggest you intended people to make the connection, but without actually 'Saying' that the surgeons photo specifically was a hoax, it is left quite vague, and many wouldnt see the connection IMHO.

  • man cryptozoology is awsome (ive been studying some creatures for a while now)

  • THe Giant Squid WAS in fact an animal of Cryptozoology until proven its existence of course. If people were so ignorant and closeminded we would of never classified it as a documented animal. Giant Squids use to be of legend and now they are fact. Same can go with any of the other animals mentioned here. IF we dont search for the truth ourselves then it will never come to us

  • Thouigh not as big as the one in the vid?

  • Theres some people who call themselves cryptozoologists who have no experience in zoology, biology, tracking or even camping and fishing.

  • ITS A TRAP!!!-lol admiral ackbar

  • the giant squid isn't really an animal of cryptozoology. mysterious? yes. scientifically recognized? yes.

  • Actually The Giant Squid WAS an animal of cryptozoology untill it was confermed to exist cryptozoology is simply a catagory of animals that have yet to be confermed to exist.

  • 0:52 a Birabbitalope

  • His narration is so shitty that you can't even enjoy the film!!! What grade are you in?

  • At 6:02 it looks like the kid is kneeing Nessie in the balls

  • He's talking like s*** makes me sick

  • Its x file theme song

  • The science of reality

  • pirates of the carabean sountrack?

    starwars sound track?XD

  • His voice gave me a headache.

  • wierd but cool

  • good job my computer was being a bitch and wouldnt load th whole thing but i saw the loch ness part and that is my favorite cryptic animal and its the reason i got into this

  • woot POTC music

  • 00:43 THE KILLER HORSE!!

  • wrong it's the jersey devil

  • the loch ness monster is an elephant swimming

  • hahaha at :54 OH NO!! a vagina face monster!!!! RUN!!!! hahaha

  • Your comment had' me laughing through the whole vid. Haha

  • wow lmao it really is

  • great job on the video but there is more than one type of giant sqid or "cracken" the one that they show in the video is not the one that is rumoured to sink ships. the one that is rumoured to sink ships is approxametly 300 ft. and is more of a tropical type of squid; hence the appearing in 20 000 leagues under the sea.

  • Very well researched doc. Told comprehensively.

  • The photot at 2:23 is the most famous photo of a lake monster named Champ, not Nessie.

  • Great video but is it me? or is narrators voice enough to put you to sleep kind of whistling ....

  • why should they find any of these animals, i hope they dont, all they will do is try to kill them

  • or torture them by taking them into captivity and doing, *shudder*...tests on them

  • If it is real then why no one catch it up and prove it?

  • Perhaps. I thought it was a photoshop myself. Either way, we say the picture is fake so its all good.

  • An elephant In Scotland?

  • During the time Nessie was sighted by numerous amouts of people, their was a circus showing in Scotland for a while. The circus was taking place near Loch Ness. The owner of the circus lead the elephants down to Loch Ness to swim when the show was over one day. He saw that the elephants' trunk looked like Nessie's neck. The next time he took them to the loch, he took photos of them. He then showed people the photos and told them they would be awared 100,000 dollars if they caught Nessie.

  • love it!

  • thats godzillas theme song in the background

  • crypzondonkollony funny word wieeeeerd word makes me thing about pigs witch makes me think about burger i'm gonna get a burger

  • are you a crytozoloog??? (how you write it also)

  • Wow, Wow show some enthusiasm! For a project your narrative was horrible and very monotone. I was dosing off during the film.

  • not everything grows old and dies in 100 years

  • Anything can grow to any size if its left alone .. remeber the tsunami creatures came up from depths we have never been to or seen .. just let it live

  • My opinion is that all these are claimed as hoaxes because the government wants to keep it on the down low. But you never know. Still, when you think about it...there are still areas of the ocean that still have not been searched because the pressure is so much that it can crush in seconds

  • Dude, we admitted that the Loch Ness Monster was fake. That's the point of the 1st section. Try watching it.

And the "bigfoot hoax" story is not true, at least not in our research.

  • i dont think nessie would acctually be alive

unless theres more than one and its been breeding.

  • That's the whole problem with those theories, because for a healthy population of such species you need at least 200 individuals for the group to even have a realistic chance of surviving.

  • A noble effort, but the narrator does not seem aware of the fact that the surgeon photo is actually a fake. The peron who made the photo approached the BBC many years later to make a short documentary to show how it was done. If you try to put things together in this fashion if one of your pieces of evidence is dodgy - house of cards - watch it all fall down

  • Finish the segment please, that point is addressed.

  • cryptozoology- the study of extinct animals and as-of-yet undocumented animals.

  • That's not what it stands for, cryptozoology stands for "The study of Hidden Animals" literally and is mostly about creatures of myths. It also searches for living examples of extinct species, but it's not really interested in anything else but the question íf those species still exist.

  • quite a bit of the giant squid information is wrong.HOW ARE THEY SMALL?they can be 3-4 times bigger then a human.the crew of the boat that captured one told of how it was actually shaking the boat and that the tentacles were as thick as his arm.also one of the pictures was a humboldt squid at 9:41.that is just scratching the surface of the info wrong here.I AM PISSED OFF

  • We know it is a humbolt squid, the picture never claims it to be a "giant squid". It is, however, a larger than normal squid, and sicne there are only so many pictures of giant squids, we felt it fit.

  • Its best you just do some research if you really want too state if you believe it exists or not, you can still come away with a plain " i don't know" but at least your more so educated in the matter, i find it hard too believe that so many people that claim too see these different creatures in plain sight are basically lying or a nut job.

  • nesse does exist. bigfoots journal said so. it said he, nesse, aliens, ghengis khan and shakkakhan all went to the moon for ice cream

  • LOL. shakkakhan...... woww........

    xD

  • omg lol

  • Ok think of this for hundredths of years the Okapi was only told in stories and never found but they they cough a live Okapi so just because we haven't found Bigfoot or Nessie or The Jersey Devil doesn't mean they are not out there!

  • Just because we didn't capture a real Santa Claus doesn't mean it's NOT fiction. Nessie wasn't found when they did a full search of the lake and there's no way of hiding for sonar for such a creature, i.e. it wasn't there. Bigfoot is a whole different story, but it lacks empirical evidence all the same.

  • either u believe in these creature or not it depends on U.never let urself down about if these creature relly exist or not.jux becuzz some one close or ur friends or any other pplz say it's not real u dont have to be like them and not trust in these creature..follow wat u think and it might appear to u one of these days

  • Get in 7 minutes and see the part where we say,

"There is no Loch Ness Monster!" Thanks for not watching.

  • Actually, nessie does exist, Elvis told me

mention the name "Aleister Crowley" in Foyers on the loch, the elderly residents will not be long in telling you there "was" once a monster there.

And never let the truth get in the way of a good tale

  • it is impossible to prove that something does not exist because you can't prove a negative. however i agree that it most likely does not exist. you can't actually KNOW whether something exist or not until you prove it's existence which will be a positive.

  • Devoti you are wrong... there have been numerous searches that came up empty and were really thorough. There's no monster in the lake.

  • that doesn't disprove what i said. i think we have communication problems.

  • that is a good video it proves people wrong

  • baalyezidi is right...for expample : If i find some interesting photos o paronormal on the internet and show it to my friends... The say " naa it cant be, it is easy to meke a photo li that on a computer" ... What i think is that thay gonna live all there live playing videogames and other shit...

  • lol whats so hard about believe things that u dont see... i mean.. they are discovering insects EVERYDAY... i think people are some how brainwash that if they dont see it in their daily lives it doesnt exist.. like how i see so many people say "oh its fake oh and its fake" yet some of the shit comes out in the news as a fact... anyways im not saying to believe in every thing.. but c'mon... have some common sense...

  • does any one really beilive this?

  • I love it, I LOVE IT!

    x

    from france

  • the thing at 00:54 looks cool

  • nice video!

  • The image shown at 3:38 mins, is fake, a man & an assistant glued a head & neck to a toy submerene and shot from a low angle,to give the impression of distance & size, dumbass

  • Yea, watch the whole video, we say that later. "Dumbass". Wait for 5:53, maybe? Can you spare 6 minutes?

  • sorry my bad

  • Accepted. Thanks for watching :)

  • cheers

  • Lol, damn hatchlingfrog, he pwnd your ass there.

  • Well, I did make it, so I've seen it maaannnny more times than he, so of course I'd know it better :)

    It's no biggie.

  • Sorry to rain on your parade people, but it's a hairless coyote. Just another (BIG) missidentification. While I suppose it's quite intresting, it's not a new species, nor one to be discovered after hiding for at least 20 years, or something like that. Still, interesting nonetheless. But I'm glad that's one less big-stupid-evil-and-totally-comepletely-impossible-demon-myth debunked. They are currently trying to figure out what caused the hair loss.

  • Also, giant squids where not the only cryptozoological victory. Indeed okapis, mountain gorillas, and coelacanths where also claimed to be real by cryptozoologists. While these cryptid-hunters were indeed right, most of the rest of the world thought them crazy until the discoveries were finally proven real.

  • "Chupacabra" was found as well, it just wasn't the demon lizard with wings everyone thought. It looked part dog, part kangaroo and had Vampire style teeth.

  • Can you link me an article with photographs? A reliable one. I'm still skeptical.

  • go to CNN

  • its a supposed Chupacabra it still has yet to be proven... the hairsamples are still being tested as far as I know

  • Part 2/2:

A good, serious cryptozoologist, while not comepletely dismissing these outrageous claims at first, will know that these are junk if they have any sense at all. Real cryptozoologists focus on things like the thylacine and other animals that actually have a standing chance of existing or continuing to exist. To Lostcause113, where did you get that idea? Again, remarkable vid!

  • Part 1 of 2:

    Extremely well done!

While I am quite skeptical about the likes of the Loch Ness Monster and these Bigfoot type creatures, there are some cryptids (such as the thylacine) that I believe are still out there, along with animals we've not yet discovered. I do believe cryptozoology should be taken more seriously; the main reason it isn't is because of morons who make up crap like el chupacabras, mothman, and other nonsense.

  • I heard some soundtracks of Pirates of the caribbean and star wars

  • We once had one of these creatures living in Lake Galilee about 95 klms north east of Aramac in outback Qld Australia, there are aboriginal painting on the walls of cave in the hills around the lake and they show a large Nessy type creature. Now we have actual proof and not just fussy photos.

  • star wars lol good vid

  • I'm gonna go hunt some of those giant squids... and eat it. giant squid anyone?

  • Giant Menu fish for me plz !

  • now thay will have problems giving mane to larger squids if it is

  • If you want to see real ghosts, watch our video!

  • Love the godzilla song during the giant squid part!

  • Giant squid are calt humbolt squid now.... they've been documented a lot

  • megamarsvin, your the perfect example of a close minded idiot.

  • Well then I continue to wonder why they're still reporting about the Loch Ness monster on the news if it's a hoax. And why there is newer information by scientists who went out to study the lake coming out as recently as June of this year.

  • If you're referring to the new 'footage', even the untrained observer can clearly see it is a seal.

  • Scientists say that the lake IS big enough to support the monster and there is plenty of food supply in the lake, not to mention it wouldn't be JUST in the lake since there are tunnels leading to the ocean in Loch Ness.

  • The coelacanth was thought not to exist but Cryptozoologists believed it still did and it is still alive today. Just recently a real live chupacabra was found, it was all over the news.

You cannot rule out animals not existing when there are still millions and millions of species that we have not yet found. And also, recently, there is new evidence of the Loch Ness monster that was found. So you cannot rule that either.

  • you are contradicting your last comment

  • Giant Squids have been proven. They've been proven for a while, since we've found carcasses and whatnot. Not to mention actual picture evidence of them.

And wasn't Big Foot a man in a suit? Didn't his family come out and say it was all a big hoax?

  • No, the loch ness monster was admitted to be a hoax, not bigfoot.

  • Actually, the bigfoot footage was admitted to be a hoax too, but the media simply didn't want to believe that.

  • "Often reveals valid results." Wrong. We find new species all the time. None of them are even remotely close to what's proposed by cryptozoologists.

Nessy has been debunked multiple times over. A lake that size, couldn't even support organisms that big. Bigfoot has also been debunked. Hominid history in North America does that quite well.

What new species has ever been found in relation to cryptozoology? Oh, that's right. None.

  • So cryptozoologists never tried to validate the giant squid? Huh, I kinda thought they did... strange... the evidence seems to show they did...

Yes, nessy has been debunked. Wactch the video sir, you'll see that we come out and SAY that. Nessy does not exist. In the minds of this group, that is a fact.

Bigfoot is such a vague idea that I dont think it's right to 'debunk' it. It is VERY possible, and saying otherwise is just foolish.

  • jonchowe,

Giant squids are not entirely in the realm of cryptozoology. They're easily possible, given the size and depth of the ocean, and we have no evolutionary evidence against their existence.

If Bigfoot is a hominid living in North America, then yes, we can debunk it. The blatant lack of evidence despite supposedly living in well-covered ground, and hominid history in North America.

  • acutually the chupacabras has been proven to exist. it is simply a new species.
