chrono trigger truly is a game that has withstood the test of time... although i tried playing it back when my brother had it on snes, this is the first time i'm playing it all the way through now that i have it on wii virtual console and i must say that although it might be considered outdated, it is still a very much fun and exciting game to play... i'd honestly rather play this than any modern game regardless of how sophisticated the graphics in current games are

Since the disaster will occur in 1999 AD but they all live in 1000 AD, they'll all be dead by the time it comes around, so they don't actually have anything to worry about. No I doubt Square Enix will ever go back to Nintendo I'm pretty sure they only work with Nintendo on handheld games. There used to be a time back on the SNES when Square worked with Nintendo, but I highly doubt that will happen now they are too bust making Final Fantasy games for 360 and PS3 I know it sucks.
