This is both Versus and the regular FFXIII. Like clonetrooperX1345 said, the regular FFXIII will be out on March 9. Versus will be PS3 exclusive and it will be an international release.

i read something about this game that said that it was going to be three different parts telling a different story that relate to one theme.

two of them are supposed to be for PS3 and the other is only going to be playable on mobile phones. =P

That's right. FFXIII and FFVXIII is for the PS3 and Agito XIII is for the phone, to be specific.
