FLODToDeath is right because when you use jigglypuff's rest, you have to hit them dead-center, and when toad defends, he expands. Note: he said "A lot, not ALL"

The glitch with Jigglypuff was that in the reflection, the eyes were still open. ;)

They're not supposed to, though. A glitch is a mistake in the programming, aka something that shouldn't happen. Things like AR hacks aren't glitches because you're forcing the game to mess up, not the developer's errors.
