You could, but you need to clean the processor chip (which is Q6600). If not look for a motherboard that supports 3 or 4 PCI slots and buy a GTX 300 Series (PhysX) PNY brand, an ASUS motherboard for $350.00 can support those features. Instead of Dell components, I'll recommend you a AMD Anthelon x2 processor. It should handle Crysis. I hope this helps!

Make sure you install the highest setting, as nowadays playing crysis in the stock enthusiast settings means jack. Apply these settings with of course the maximum AA and vsync. Just so you know, I currently do this with a single 295, so you should have no problem.
THEN play the game! Why spend money just to benchmark?

well 2 GTX 295's beat 3 285's unless you overclock the 285's than they will win. the 285's wont have as higher frame rates as the 2 s95's but it will still be decent and it has a little more memory but less shader power but if you overclock it then it will be the fastest. but i think if your just going stock than 2 gtx 295's will be better or you can consider ATi's new graphics card the HD 5970 which beats the gtx 295. im not sure what the price is on the 5970 tho....

lol ati has pretty much been a low end card producer until now though as its new card 5970 is the best card out at the moment and as for your system um yeah i would say it would last 5-6 years but all the new games are dx 11 and gtx 295 wont have full use of it so if you really want to use dx 11 get the 5970 but if you dont mind too much aslong as u can play the games at really high just without some dx 11 features then gtx 295 is fine.

An i7 950 is 3.06ghz from the factory. Crysis has no bottleneck with an i7 processor, so actually a 920 is a great choice, and still gets over 4Ghz on air.

what an absolutely oddball resolution you use there... why not just bump it up to a real HD resolution by using 1920x1080 or 1200?

well then he should get a better monitor :) Nobody brags about their game at that res. That's like saying you can run crysis maxed @ 800x600. I dunno. I use a 24" that does 1920x1200 and that's what I run everything at, even on my slower, older 512mb HD3870's. It's not as fast as the gtx's but eh, it does the job.

not on crysis though especially on ultra high with texture packs dx10 and so even on this res you can run into lag with such settings but I agree tiny screen lol...

32 bit's sees closer to 3.2 gigs but you have to set it in your bois for it to even read that much ..... 32 bit windows is inaccurate when it shows 4 gigs, it never actually uses that much
