Oh, on the death penalty: wouldn't forcibly imprisoning or fining a criminal also be 'initiation of force' if the death penalty was? I don't want the death penalty because I don't trust the government with that power, but if you could guarantee me that the power wouldn't be abused then I think it would be good for the absolute worst criminals. This video made me laugh :)
It would be force. I have a hard time with the death penalty. I agree that it is a bad thing but I know that I would feel like having revenge on a person for some crimes against me or loved ones, but the state killing them would not make me feel better, NOW if I did it.....But thats another story altogether.
