the point is that at certain settings, the tonebone makes its own squeeling feedback. this mod allows you to set the pedal at even the worst settings but just remove the squeel. he had purposely put the pedal on virtually full treble full gain. those settings suck. he knows it. he is showing off his lack of feedback mod...

would a cheap 5 watt peavy valveking 8 give a decent tone when run by any tonebone tube pedals?(just as warm and thick as what you could hear in the guitarproshop demo videos)? i'll just use it for recording..and merely for youtube demo purposes..:)
