@thetoonie1960 it will also hold newcastle back - they dont own it and it cant be expanded. safc had to leave roker (to be fair it was a right shithole at the end and it was another hillsborough waiting to happen) because unlike sid james park, there wasnt room to expand and if we made it all seater it wouldve held 18,000 or so - nowhere near big enough..... and in return we got one of the best stadiums in britain, slap bang in our city centre.... whats bad about that?
