@alliancemastery in the plugins folder there is a map called permission in there there is a world map in there there is an user/yml open it with a text editor like for windows notepad or for mac textwrangler or texteditor then you see your name there and underneatht it says groups: then you have to enter after that owner or admin and you will be the admin and have all the permissions
