@IWS15 I just use Windows Movie Maker - it's pretty simple to use. You can also add words during the video using the "edit video" link on YouTube after you upload a video.

Alan, am I limited to only residential pickup? Also am I limited to only my city? I would like to show new members, and other viewers the methods of other places I commonly get footage from.

@RainbowDisposal If you know more than one area, I definitely encourage you to get everything that you can (resi and commercial), but it would be nice if you could separate the vids by geographical area. A vid for your local trucks, a vid for like Newport Beach, etc. This is all about learning the different ways that area's collect waste - so the more you can share, the better! Thanks for your interest! I know you've got a lot of good stuff, so I'll be looking forward to your vids!

just out of curiosity, why didn't you take a job with CSI or American Disposal instead of AAA? Because I would rather work for CSI or American.

@heiltruckfan @heiltruckfan Honest answer - I saw the aaatrash (dot) com on the side of my uncles cart - so I went online and saw that they were accepting applications for laborer, driver trainee, and driver. I didn't even know that American or CSI existed at the time that I was looking for work. I was very new to the area and needed money immediately.

@Rodney348 Well, for you.. you could do a showcase on services provided. If you all have separate yardwaste, recycle, and garbage - you could show that... and the common trucks used for each... If you have a separate truck for bulk/special collection that would be good to show too.
