  • wow thats cool man, i loved how happy the dad is

  • Man, what a great day. My oldest son just turned 5 and I can't wait for the day he gets his first deer. Probably let him try if he's ready and interested when he's 7.

  • Great job! I can't wait this year to take my 11yr old out & teach him how to "Slaughter a beautiful animal", that's quite tasty I might add...so the over population of them don't jump through the side of a Prius (nothing against Prius, or Prius owners) and kill a family or someone that thinks & feels like night69angel. Everyone has their opinion but hunters are doing everyone a favor, no matter how you look at it, meat eater or not.

  • That's one sweet buck! Look at the expression on that boy's face. This is a really good example of good parenting. My guess is this kid will never land in jail...

  • is that on a WMA? congrats to your boy, keep him in the woods and he wont have time to get into troube.

  • Great job raising your boy, bud. I find it funny that guys who bowhunt EVERY SINGLE SEASON swear the 223 is an "inhumane round". You're a GREAT father. My hat is off to you.

  • hunting is important.

  • wow 1st buck was a 6 pt? congrats my friend. hope you mounted that so' bitch

  • the one thing i can think of is that the Bigger bucks hide in the swamps of AL i can bet there are bigger but they are just a lot harder to find and get a shot on

  • Good job man. We have forgotten how to be self sufficient as a society. Teach him how to take care of his family without a grocery store and know he will always be able to take care of a family like a man should. I'm in my 30's, I have eaten meat all my life, and have not yet hunted it myself. I hope to change that soon.

    Great job man.

  • Teaching your kid how to survive, it's nice to see a video of proud father.

  • thedrews i an13 years old i kill 2 buck an i love to get the meat and there horns i feel lucky because i live in pa and night64 angle if you dont like you can kiss me and thedrews butts

  • what part of pa, i got my first deer 6pt in gettysburg.

  • Great shot! Thats a nice looking buck.

  • sweet man i love to see the little ones get a deer.and a deer like that at 8 that makes it sweeter.i was in the woods win i was 4 me and my dad....but i my first deer win i was 16

  • sweet kill, ..and for the vegan haters, dont watch if you cant understand!

  • It's a great way to start a life. There is nothing wrong with it at all. Don't open your mouth about my choices and how i allow my kids to hunt. I am a damn proud hunter and southerner. It's what we do, and what has been going on for many years weather you want to admit it or not. It's dumb people like you that try to take away something that has been passed down for many generations.

  • It is a great start. I'm 18 and my dad got me started when I was 9. I hunt turkey in the spring, crows in the summer, duck, goose, small game, and turkey in the fall, bow hunt in the fall, gun hunt in the winter, coyote hunt late winter and then do it again! Hunting and shooting sports are the best things to get into it teaches you responsibility, safety with guns, and its better than frolicking.

If you dont like hunting dont comment or watch, you just piss off the real outdoorsman.

  • @night69angel

You mean teaching a child how to provide for his family? How to find food that isn't loaded with hormones and artificial bullshit?

Yes, it is a great way to start a life.

  • @night69angel and all those hamburgers you eat werent slaughtered? fuck you, you eco fagget. how do you think our ancestors survived. i hate ingorant fucks like you.

  • @night69angel It's essential to teach children many variations of skills in our lifetimes. How to act appropriately, how to think critically, how to interact socially as well basic survival skills and hunting happens to be a primary one most people should teach. Honestly, things like this is how the whole world learned to survive before modernization. The government will not be around to hold your hand and walk you through life forever nor will mcdonalds.

  • @listat18 If things became hard or civilized society started to break down, these people would be able to make it alot longer than most because they have knowledge and skills to feed and provide for their family.

  • i live in alabama too, and that is about the biggest i myself have ever seen alive

  • He got so lucky to be the first time he went hunting in AL.

  • @TheDrews4 i havent killed a deer this year, i just went hunting for about my 15th time this year and didnt see anything, i dont know what the problem is. The week before bow seaon we went to our spot a couple of times and saw about 3 deer everytime and a buck a little bit smaller than that one, we havent seen them since

  • @TheDrews4 It's a good deer, to be sure. But that can't be all AL has to offer?? I'm up in Canada.. the province of Alberta, and that size deer is all over the place! Could be my government makes it so damn hard to get a license to kill them I suppose.

  • @LaffyTaffy84 Thats all the south offers, there are some nicer ones in GA but that really as good as it get, I live here in NY now and there are some really nice deer up here, They make the souths look like babies, I have always wanted to go hunting in Canada, they have got some huge whitetail

  • @TheDrews4 Yeah Whitetail are quite prevalent as you start to move towards the prairie. Where I'm at the dominant species are Mulies. Last year I did take a 6pt whitey though.. hope to do the same this year!

  • @LaffyTaffy84 u should come out to ontario , they're prctically giving them away lol .

in some WMU's you can get up to 7 tags

  • thats impressive ,just 8 years old and shoot a pretty big 6 pt buck!

  • How old was he?

  • Hunter was just fixing to turn 8.

  • nice! i shoot my first when i was 10

  • whats up with dad?

  • This was his little mans first deer and he got all emotional and shaky. He done the same thing when Hunter caught his first bass

  • What kind of ammo was it ?

  • It was .223 winchester balistic tips

  • Alright guys...thats a great lookin first deer and at 8 yrs old, thats awesome.

Nice Buck, Congrats...to you both *****

  • Thank you very much we are so proud of him

  • Nice deer. where yall hunt i live in jefferson county AL

  • Well we lived in Hanceville, in Cullman county, they were down in warrior at wone of his dads co-workers property

  • How many yards was that? I never seen someone hunt deer with 223.

  • 108 yards!! His dad has shot a few deer with that .223, the .223 dont kick as bad so it was easier for Hunter to shoot

  • nice deer

  • Thank you very much!
