  • God made us and our minds but he doesn't control it. If he controls it then its not free. He gave us the freedom to choose to obey him or reject him. whatever choice we make we still have to pay the consequences for it. If a murder chooses to kill someone and the police catches him he still has to be punished for the crime. The Beauty of Christ is he took all the justice of God that should have gone to us by our disobedience and laid it on himself so that we can be redeemed through faith in him

  • This is what people need to understand!!! GOD should Punish us for our sins and disobedience but instead gives us undeserved mercy through Christ.

  • @th60064 Why should He punish us? He made us this way.. Who is He to judge?? Where exactly does He get authority to judge someone to take ALL the blame for their actions and damned infinite torment?????

  • @SHIBBYiPANDA God created us with the ability to know right from wrong and gave us the ability to choose between the two. Isn't it true of yourself that when you do something bad your conscience tells you what you have done is wrong? Yet instead of turning from our sins we continue in doing them that is because we are born into sin because of Adam and the bible goes further to say that we are enemies of God in our minds. But he gave us a way to be redeemed by the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross

  • @th60064 yes my mind has a conscience.. But God made my mind.. So what it chooses to do is in accordance to what God wills..

  • @MrGoodNKinky you dont seem to get what chirist and christian stand for may be u need to read the bible more

  • Being physically abuse is NOT loving!

Demanding BLOOD & DEATH is Not Good!

This same thing in another religion would be called Satanic but from YOUR God it is Good & Right & Just!

Around the year 1500 Ad the Aztec's Sacrificed 80,000 People in one ceremony!

They put them on an alter cut his chest open and pull his heart out WHILE IT WAS STILL BEATING!

You fuckers want to act like that is so evl so horrible but YOU GLORIFY NAILING SOMEONE TO A CROSS!

As if THAT pays for YOUR FUCK UPS!

  • @MrGoodNKinky Man kills man; man killed Christ. God allowed it (free will of man) for the greatest good to come from it, our friendship restored with Him. Read Romans 8:28. Know the full truth before you object and take history out of context.

  • @ecrira4u

If this God is ALL knowing then the idea of freewill is an illusion based entirely upon our limited perception. Romans 9:21 - 23. If this bible is true then this God knew before you were born if you were going to heaven or hell because of how He made you. So Exactly where is your freewill? What can you do that this God didn't know you would do? To have freewill you must be able to point to something this God did not know you would do.

    Logic is such a bugger.

  • @ecrira4u

As for the idea that a Human Sacrifice would resort friendship with someone let me ask you this.

If someone offends you do you demand they kill an animal for your friendship to be restored?

If you do not Why not?

If that is the PERFECT way to run a society why don't we have Animal sacrifices at court houses? Or should it be Human Sacrifices? Is the Blood of a Human even better to restore friendship?

If this BLOOD SACRIFICE is the BEST SYSTEM why don't we go by that?

  • @ecrira4u

    One last point.

Given we learn more from our mistakes then we ever do from our successes this Christian idea that you make ONE mistake. ONE poor judgement you deserve ETERNAL torture.

This means you can NEVER learn ANYTHING! You must be PERFECT from BIRTH. But if you never fail then success would be meaningless since you would not know failure.

Love would also be meaningless since you could never know hate. Without the negative the positive means NOTHING!

  • @MrGoodNKinky Haha do you have a good book that points out things like that? I entirely agree....

  • @SHIBBYiPANDA

What I pointed out is simply Logical thought.

It doesn't require a book having it wriitten in it for it to be true.

Also what qualifies as a "Good" book is extremely subjective.

What I would concider a Good book you may think is garbage. And vice versa.

This is why logic and reason combined with facts and evidence are vital to a well informed position.

  • @MrGoodNKinky haha that came across as pretty ambiguous.. I'm agnostic hindi I was just asking if where u gathered your philosophy from..

  • @SHIBBYiPANDA

What is Ambiguous about saying our perceptions of reality and what is Good / Evil are results of how the Physical brain interprets the physical world we experience through our senses. As well as the culture on lives in helps to shape their viiew of the world and what is right and wrong.

None of which would be possible from any so-called God.

Given that being wouldn't be bound by the tings we are and thus wouldn't have the limited perception.

    This is simply Logic.

  • @SHIBBYiPANDA

I can't point to one book that states what i am saying because i do not parrot any book.

However a researching Quantium Physics, Multiverse theory. These things can open your eyes to a larger reality then we imagined prior to the discovery of these things.

To say this God thing is a Force behind the Universe doesn't prove it thinks and reasons like any religion.

Gravity is a force but it doesn't care what beliefs you have or if you believe in it or not!

  • @MrGoodNKinky agreed..

  • Put this in HUMAN terms. This is like a Father that BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF HIS WIFE because she is the PROPITIATION for the kids. Would you call that a GOOD, LOVING, RIGHTEOUS, HOLY Man? Would you call that WORTHY of praise? IF SO..... WHY DO WE PUT MEN IN JAIL FOR DOING THAT VERY THING? If it is wrong for US to do it. HOW is it RIGHT for a GOD that is ALL knowing to do it? WITH MORE POWER COMES MORE RESPONCIBILITY NOT LESS! Can you people use LOGIC at all?
  • L.O.V.E

  • Good definition of propitiation.

  • @princessmello

    propitiation

    GREEK 2434

    ἱλασμός

    hilasmos

    hil-as-mos'

atonement, that is, (concretely) an expiator: - propitiation.

Nowhere in that does it say LOVE
