BUT did you notice this: the time on the clock in the beginning was at 3:33 pm, not being past the murder time of 3:34 pm (this is not 3:33 am, since 1. no one of the housekeeping would have found the body for like 12 hours and 2. everyone would be up at night for no particular reason doing jobs). If people question it and say that it IS 3:34 pm, it means the detective is questioning the housekeeping at the same time as the guy got killed...

@paulwijers the only reason why the detective knows the time of the murder is because the clock stopped when it was used as the murder weapon, so this interrogation could take place any time afterward that day. There is no other clock that tells us the current time, is there? You observed well but concluded wrongfully ;)

It was simply a man turning out of a lot in the rain, didn't see the motorcyclist and went head on...it will stay with me forever. My uncle also died in a motorcycle accident so I never met him...
