Im white and it would be hard for me to not say white people have done some fucked up shit for like thousands of years practically, there is a reason to be angry. However, white is just a color, for instance irish people (im irish) were slaves of whites for around 700 years. You're misinterpreting Orwell somewhat, he never said he was against revolution, in fact, fighting in the Spanish Civil War would show that he was for it, enough to get shot in the neck anyway. The book was actually a specific attack on Stalinism, not Communism, so please correct yourself.
