That is Hitchens'/Dawkens' argument for why atheism isn't a religion and/or doesn't require faith. If that's the case there is nothing to celebrate. I imagine a true atheist wouldn't want to adorn their "beliefs" with such religious-like, traditional overtones, like the Christmas holiday. It says believe the Gospel and be saved. The choice is yours to make. This is not a choice you can abdicate, and have things turn out well. If you don't make a decision, the decision is made for you.
