When I watched it as a kid I couldn't believe someone could be that big so assumed it was a plastic body suit.

Now he doesn't look exceptionally huge by modern bodybuilding standards. Here he certainly looks much smaller than he did in "Pumping Iron".

Anyway, Lou is a great bloke.
