@B3ATKING Or it could be a reference to Cecil Otter, the male rapper on the song. Or it could be a million other things. I think that the most important interpretation of poetry isn't what the artist intended, but how each person interprets it. If you think it means "sea, see?", you're right. I think it means "Cece", but I'm only right to myself.
That was a much more hippy response than I intended.

@johnedwarddowney No, i totally agree with you about poetry and the way it is interpreted, but the actual lyric of the song is "Sea, see?" thats why it says "Like a fish out of water" and what not. :) "Just another story of the sea... you see?"
